Jordan has over a decade’s experience in complex commercial/civil litigation in Bermuda, with a practice focused on company law, regulatory, insurance, and trusts disputes. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of Bermuda in high-value and strategically significant matters.

Jordan has substantial experience in shareholder appraisal applications under section 106 of the Companies Act 1981 and other similar disputes involving unfair prejudice, corporate governance, and breakdowns in shareholder relations. He has experience advising and acting in insurance and reinsurance disputes, including coverage and policy interpretation issues arising in cross-border structures.

His practice includes regulatory and public law matters, including regulatory enforcement and statutory appeals involving the Bermuda Monetary Authority and other Bermuda regulators. Jordan also has significant experience in trust litigation and advisory work, including disputes concerning trustees’ duties, trust administration, and high-value trust structures governed by Bermuda law.

Jordan was recognized as a ‘Leading Associate’ by Legal500 Caribbean in the Regulatory and Compliance category in 2025.
