Alexandra is an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute. She holds an upper second class Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree in Humanities and Critical Studies from the University of Brighton and first class Master of Science degree in Corporate Governance from London South Bank University.

Alexandra has ten years' experience in corporate administration. Within this period, she has gained a number of years' experience with CASL, providing company secretarial support to clients, in addition to in-house experience within the insurance/reinsurance sector in Bermuda, assisting with the administration of an internal portfolio.
